Starting my professional journey on the prestigious Prudential Graduate Scheme, I spent years operating within some of the UK’s most respected financial institutions, including Lloyds, Saga Financial Services, NPI, and global investment leader JP Morgan.

Educated at preparatory school in Sydney, Australia, and at Chesham Grammar School in Buckinghamshire, I began a successful corporate career before discovering my true calling in 2004 — education. I began my teaching career by earning a PGCE with QTS through the renowned Thames Primary Consortium. While serving as a Headteacher, I completed a Master of Education at the University of Buckingham (Distinction), with research on educational leadership and goal-setting frameworks that is publicly indexed with a DOI and informs the David Bell Education methodology. I also served as a member of the Independent Schools Association for seven years. Today, I combine these two worlds to provide David Bell Education students with a level of academic and strategic mentorship I hope is truly unrivalled.
